1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of MeshIntellab's platform and services. By using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. License & Access
Subject to your subscription tier, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for your authorized infrastructure operations. Usage limits apply per plan.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise platform security.
- Maintain appropriate human oversight of autonomous decisions per applicable regulation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of connected systems, lawful authority to integrate infrastructure, and compliance with sector-specific regulations governing your operations.
5. Service Levels
Availability commitments are defined in your applicable order form and Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.
6. Intellectual Property
MeshIntellab retains all rights to the platform, models, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your infrastructure data and configurations.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using no less than reasonable care and to use it solely for the purposes of this agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in the governing order form.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach following a cure period. Upon termination, access ceases and data is returned or deleted per your data-handling addendum.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your order form. Disputes are subject to the agreed jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process.
